Warranty

  • All purchases include a 30-day warranty.
  • If you purchased a brand-new product, we recommend activating the manufacturer’s warranty for extended coverage.

Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received—new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Please ensure products are securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
  • If a returned item arrives damaged or with missing parts, you may be liable for the associated costs.
  • Opened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Used returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange free collection from your address and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods are inspected and approved.
  • Returns reported after 30 days may not be accepted.
